David A. Romero is a young spoken word artist from Diamond Bar, California. He is a Mexican-American who enjoys writing poems that celebrate and/or deconstruct Latino culture and identity in one form or another. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a double major in Cinema-Television and Philosophy. David A. Romero is the author of three self-published boots of poetry: Diamond Bars: The Street Version, Fuzhou, and Ellendale Night. He is currently working on his new book of poems called My Name is Romero.
