Scott Russell Duncan lives in Northern California. He attended Richland College in Dallas, TX and later attended the University of North Texas where he double majored in drawing and English. After teaching English in China, he returned to attend graduate school for creative writing at Mills College in Oakland, CA. He has written numerous short stories, his preferred genre, but is currently working on a novel called The Ramona Diary of Scott Russell Duncan. He writes about the things that interest him, but many say his works contain "dark humor." He writes what many label "ethnic literature" but he just calls literature.
