Jean Rockford Aguilar-Valdez is a very hard-working women that likes to challenge herself with everything that she does. She has a degree in Physics and Chemistry and a Masters in Physics. She is in the process of a doctorate in Latino Studies at The University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She has a love for writing poetry because it is her outlet to the world for speaking her mind about what she wants.

Whatever she does, she will always push herself to do better and never settle for the bare minimum.
